Apr 28, 2009	President and Founder Scot Cheatham assumes role of CEO. EOS International announced that Scot Cheatham, the company's President serving in a strategic planning role, will assume the duties of the company's Chief Executive Officer from Mr. Tony Saadat, who recently left the company.
Aug 26, 2003	EOS International releases EOS.Web. EOS International announces the immediate global availability of EOS.Web, a robust, proven Web-based system that leverages the knowledge-base EOS has acquired from being a leading library automation vendor for over two decades. EOS.Web is available as a local, in-house solution or as a hosted solution in conjunction with the EOS e-Library Service.

Jun 10, 2001	Tony Saadat joins EOS International as Chief Operating Officer. EOS International announced today that library industry veteran Tony Saadat has joined the company as the new Chief Operating Officer. Tony brings to EOS International more than 15 years of library industry experience encompassing Research and Development, Client Services, Sales and Marketing. In his roles from software engineering to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing he has been responsible for providing solutions to many Fortune 1000 corporate, legal, medical and government libraries, including the development of global markets for other library automation vendors.
Jun 1, 2001	Scot Cheatham acquires ownership of EOS International from Dawson Holdings PLC.. EOS International, a California-based library automation company with offices and service centers located throughout the globe, announced that CEO Scot Cheatham has successfully acquired ownership of the company from Dawson Holdings PLC. In an effort to redirect their focus solely on European operations, Dawson Holdings, a United Kingdom corporation, agreed to sell all of its interest in EOS International to original founder Scot Cheatham.
Sep 26, 1996	Data Trek renamed to EOS International. The combined company of Data Trek and IME changes its name to Electronic Online Systems (EOS) International: new name reflects company's global reach in the library automation market.
Jan 1, 1996	Data Trek, Inc. acquires Information Management and Engineering, Ltd.. Information Management and Engineering, Ltd. (IME) has agreed to be acquired by Data Trek, Inc., part of the Dawson Holdings, PLC group. The new company will combine the market power of the worldwide coverage of IME and the extensive customer base of Data Trek, creating the first truly global library automation and services company with well over 6,500 library clients in over 85 countries on six continents. IME was owned by Kate and Peter Noerr.
Jul 1995	Data Trek releases GLAS. Data Trek, Inc., has introduced a new Microsoft Windows-based library automation product called the Graphical Library Automation System (G.L.A.S.). It is a comprehensive, fully-integrated system available for microcomputer platforms, with cataloging, circulations, serials, acquisitions, Databridge, GoPAC (Graphical Online Public Access Catalog), and ImageLink modules.
Feb 24, 1994	Data Trek acquires OASIS from Dawson Holdings. Data Trek, Inc. purchased OASIS from Dawson Holdings' Technology Division. The OASIS library automation product line includes Catalogue, Circulation, Serials (SMS), Acquisitions, and Inter-Library Loans (AIM). Data Trek will also provide continuing product support to OASIS users with current software support agreements. Data Trek's offices in the United Kingdom and France will take responsibility for the support of OASIS and the conversion to Data Trek's products.
Jul 13, 1993	Data Trek acquires The Assistant from INLEX. Data Trek, Inc., a California-based library automation company, today announced they have signed a Letter of Intent to purchase The Assistant from INLEX, Inc. Data Trek will provide Assistant users with a number of options, including the continued use of The Assistant software and alternatives regarding product migrations and upgrades to Data Trek's products. Assistant users interested in migrating to Data Trek's products will be provided very attractive migration and conversion options. Special migration packages will be available to Assistant users with current support agreements.
