The Placitas Community Library seeks to become an essential part of the life of our residents by promoting an enriched, informed and connected community. We provide and promote open and equal access to our resources and services in order to meet the informational, educational and cultural needs of our diverse community in a welcoming, convenient, and responsive manner. In keeping with the Native and Spanish background of the Placitas area, our motto is "Una Placita Para Todos -- A Place for Everyone." We are a totally volunteer library staff, which does include 3 individuals with the MLIS degree and above.
