MONTREAL, Jan. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - ISACSOFT (TSX: ISF) announced today that it has successfully signed and renewed two multi-year contracts as a preferred supplier with strategic clients.

ISACSOFT signed a three year contract as preferred supplier status with Loto-Québec in systems development and database management, which expires on December 31st 2009. The agreement also provides Loto-Québec with two one-year renewal options which could extend the contract until 2011.

The renewal of a three year contract, which expires on December 31st 2009, as a preferred supplier for consulting services was signed with a major supplier of energy services. The contract that was previously in effect which expired on December 31st 2006, has generated revenues of $2.4 million dollars.
