ISACSOFT Completes Business Transition

| Summary | The April 2008 issue of Smart Libraries Newsletter reported that ISACSOFT, which includes the BiblioMondo library automation business unit, was in the process of making the transition from a publicly traded company on the Toronto Venture exchange to private ownership by its current Chairman, President, and CEO Ronald Brisebois. The shareholders approved the sale of the company for CDN$ 0.33 per share on June 27, 2008, with a valuation of the company set at about $4.2 million. The transaction closed on July 10, 2008. Brisebois, now the full owner of the company will continue in his executive roles. |
