The system will replace the existing SirsiDynix Unicorn System.
Hutchinson, Kan. (August 10, 2009)–Robert Kelly, Coordinator of Library Services at John F. Kennedy Library at Hutchinson Community College and Area Vocational School, and Civica/CMI, a world leader in providing library automation technology, announce today that Hutchinson Community College has selected the Spydus Integrated Library System (ILS). The system will replace the existing SirsiDynix Unicorn System.
"The system features a customizable web-based interface and a system structure more integrative into existing campus information technology services, including offering secure single sign-on through the campus’ existing student and staff portals. CMI has a reputation for having a strong customer service orientation and they offer a high quality, more cost-efficient software than we have ever had in the past," Kelly said.
