WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inmagic today announced the appointment of Robert Warren to the Inmagic management team as Vice President of Products, effective immediately. Warren assumes responsibility for driving the company’s global product development strategy and aligning product development efforts with customer initiatives.

Warren brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in product development and management in the information technology industry to the company. In this new role, he is responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with the present and future needs of customers. This strategy will continue to drive faster and more cost effective solutions to integrate content with human assets to improve content accessibility, collaboration, knowledge retention, and innovation.

Prior to joining Inmagic, Warren was Vice President of Product Management at MetaCarta, a leading provider of geographic intelligence solutions, where he was responsible for product direction and strategy. Earlier, Warren held senior management positions in product development and field services at FatWire Software, a Web experience management solution provider; divine, Inc.; Open Market, Inc., a Web content management and commerce organization; Future Tense, a Web publishing firm; and numerous positions at other high tech organizations.
