With PowerPAC 4.1 Polaris will be unveiling more new features, including:
- A fresh, modern look-and-feel for the PowerPAC with updated format icons
- A single, print-friendly product page that allows easy customization of content from third party providers
- Text messaging of item availability, and text message notices(holds, fine/fees)in multiple languages
- Searchable Community Profiles, which allow libraries to easily connect users to community organizations and events
"The redesign of the Polaris PowerPAC is something that we are very excited to bring to our customers," said Polaris President and CEO Bill Schickling. "We are constantly striving to make the Polaris experience even better and look forward to sharing the new features and functionality in Polaris 4.1 with our customers."
