Vancouver, Canada – September 29, 2011. SydneyPLUS International, provider of Library KM software and solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, top law firms and government institutions has announced the coming release of SydneyPLUS Information Manager ver. 4.2.2 due at the end of 2011.
Though this does come as a surprise to customers as the earlier 4.2.1 release had just become available, the rate at which releases are being developed reflects the company's dedication to pushing timely and top level enhancements out to its customers. One of the key and most sought out features of this particular release will be its ability to map and then automatically import data updates from multiple SydneyPLUS databases. Designed to be used and applied by non-technical staff, this innovative capability will be able to meet a variety of data management requirements such as:
The ability to easily amalgamate data redefines and repurposes that data providing savvy data workers with the opportunity to leverage the full value of a firms knowledge resources. Similar to the type of work undertaken by competitive intelligence departments, once data in amalgamated into a completely new database it allows for easier search and retrieval of data along with the ability to do perform comprehensive data analysis through reporting and the revealing of new relationships that where previously unavailable.
