Emeryville, CA. Innovative announced today that Wisconsin Valley Library Service has selected the Sierra Services Platform, AirPAC for Smartphones, and Reporter for a complete library management solution to support its community of patrons spanning the north central Wisconsin region. The Library will be migrating from a SirsiDynix Horizon system.

The V-Cat Council, the ILS advisory group of 25 public libraries within Wisconsin Valley Library Service, chose Sierra after a two year evaluation process and felt that the software offered the functionality that the consortium was looking for in a new system.

Innovative expects general release of Sierra later in 2012.
