Jay Shankar joins Innovative as Senior Vice President of Services and Support

Abstract: Innovative Interfaces announced that Jayanthi "Jay" Shankar has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Services and Support. Jay has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has displayed strong leadership throughout her career in the areas of customer support and engineering. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President of Customer Support at BMC Software, which provides enterprise-level technology for IT organizations around the world. She also has held positions in management consulting and business development at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and Covansys.
