Post-Search Sorting and Text it to Me added to to Enterprise/Portfolio 4.2.1

Abstract: SirsiDynix announced the release of the SirsiDynix Enterprise/Portfolio 4.2.1 search and discovery solution. With the 4.2.1 release of Enterprise/Portfolio, patrons can sort search results by publication date, title, or author using a drop-down menu on the hit list. In addition, Enterprise/Portfolio 4.2.1 comes with a “text it to me” feature, where patrons can text the title, author, call number, and URL of an item in their search results.

With the 4.2.1 release of Enterprise/Portfolio, patrons can sort search results by publication date, title, or author using a drop-down menu on the hit list. In addition, Enterprise/Portfolio 4.2.1 comes with a "text it to me" feature, where patrons can text the title, author, call number, and URL of an item in their search results.

  • Ability to zoom in on Portfolio asset thumbnails in hit lists and detail displays
  • CAS (Central Authentication Service) single sign-on
