As Director of Migrations, Joy will be responsible for managing the migration team and processes. Her goal is to provide seamless data migrations for ByWater's library partners to their new Koha systems.

With more than 10 years of combined experience in database management, software development and libraries, Joy brings a breadth of knowledge and a true love of library data to ByWater Solutions. She will continue to work from the Fort Worth offices with her feline assistants, Dewey and Decimal.
