"This is an important milestone for Sierra in the worldwide marketplace," says Chris Le Blanc, Innovative's SVP of Global Sales. "On every continent, libraries are focused on providing the latest technology to their users, and positioning themselves to take advantage of a technology environment that includes social media, home-grown applications, and mobile technologies. We are fully dedicated to European libraries, as reflected by our new office in Dublin, Ireland that provides in-time-zone service and technical expertise to our partners in the region."
The five main libraries of Information Services include Arts and Letters, Laws and Economics, Sciences and Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, and a remote library in the City of Blois. In addition, the campus hosts institutes and laboratories—each with their own libraries—including the Center for Higher Renaissance Studies (CESR), the Touraine Music Library, and European Institute of Food History.
