Sunnyvale, CA April 6, 2014 Boopsie Inc., the leading mobile platform for libraries, announced the addition of Nicholas Wehr as the Executive Vice President of Technology. In this position, he will be managing the growing engineering and technical operations teams and focusing his efforts on innovation and product development.

"Nicholas is both a superb technologist and leader who is quickly helping us scale our team and technology platform," says Boopsie CEO, Tony Medrano. "His hands-on product development experience in multiple high growth companies is already helping us address the rapidly evolving needs of libraries."

Nicholas brings over 13 years of technical experience to the company. He also worked as a software engineer and manager of MIS Department for DivX, Inc., the company behind DivX, a video-compression service, which allows consumers to enjoy high-quality video experience across devices. Nicholas' first startup, Tenothree, LLC., offered a mobile product line for horse racing.

"I'm excited to help energize readership by improving people's access to libraries with mobile devices. My expertise in security and digital rights management is enabling me to creatively address the need for a better user experience on mobile devices," says Nicholas.
