Abstract: The Library of Singapore Management University has published an open tender for the Supply, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of its Library Management System.


The Singapore Management University (SMU) is a premier university in Asia, which is internationally recognized for its world-class research and distinguished teaching. The University is home to 8300 undergraduate and post-graduate students. SMU comprises of six schools: School of Accountancy, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, School of Economics, School of Information Systems, School of Law and School of School of Social Sciences, offering a wide range of bachelors, masters and PhD degree programmed in various disciplines. Li Ka Shing Library supports the research and the learning needs of the SMU community. The Library's collection includes over 140,000 printed and electronic books, access to over 80,000 electronic journals, over 160electronic databases, 12,000 SMU research publications in its institutional repository and an Oral History Collection.
