Follett names Nader Qaimari Senior VP Content Services and Solutions. Follett Software Company
Follett announced that Nader Qaimari has been named Senior Vice President of Content Services and Solutions for Follett School Solutions, the leading provider of integrated content and technology solutions to the PreK-12 education space. Succeeding Todd Litzsinger, who was elected Follett Corporation Chairman of the Board in January 2014, Qaimari will oversee Follett's content services and solutions, including publisher relations, textbook and supplemental materials, early childhood, digital products, library collections, and online classroom products.

Three Follett products nominated by K-12 educators and administrators from around the country have earned recognition in the eSchool News’ Readers’ Choice Awards for 2014-15. Houston Independent School District, the seventh largest K-12 school district in the country, has adopted Follett’s Destiny Library Manager for its new centralized, integrated library management solution. Destiny Library Manager will be implemented later this year throughout the 212,000-student district, which is comprised of 86 certified libraries and 282 campuses.

The Software and Information Industry Association, the principal trade association for the software and digital content industries, has named Susan Adelmann as co-chair of its Education Division Board of Directors for 2014. Adelmann, vice president of strategic partnerships for Follett School Solutions, was originally elected to a two-year term on the board in August 2012. She joined Follett in 2006 and possesses more than 30 years of software industry experience in product development, business strategy and strategic partnering, and marketing and product management.
