Excellent product with excellent support.

I like AgentVerso - only thing I have is that some libraries want so much on a page and for some small libraries we don't need and really want the items - I like a clean exact page with not a lot of extra buttons.

love Verso -- 3rd time I've purchased if for a library.

Even as Auto-Graphics has grown and expanded, we continue to receive excellent customer service and continual upgrades to meet the requests/needs of the libraries and their patrons.

I like verso until the system runs really slow. (It happens too often) Also, the search engine could improve some.

We just migrated to Agent Verso in August 2009, and so far are very pleased with it. We've gotten great training and support from Auto-Graphics, both during the migration and ongoing.

I believe Verso provides open source and we will be implementing this. (If I understand what open source is)

New shell "Iluminar" does not show call number! Pointless in a library. And federated search still does not work properly after installation in August. Balance of issues is attributed to how new we are to the product. Reports and labels require too much work, cataloging is a breeze.

Live customer support is good. Written documentation and training needs to be improved.

Auto-Graphics is an excellent company that is responsive to its customers needs; they have great customer service. The new Iluminar system still has room for improvement, as it doesn't have the same level and ease of functunality that its Verso product did. Additionally, it takes a long time to load compared to its Verso predecessor.

AGent Verso still need to work out some issues to better serve school libraries. I believe they are trying very hard to help us. They are a wonderful company that has helped me and my library every time I contacted them.

Our City IT Dept. is delighted with AG. It has lightened their work load and the AG staff professionalism and superb customer service has been much appreciated!

We have never had a problem that wasn't fixed before the end of the day. This company is awesome whether its fixing something or coming up with a way to do something you pesonally want the system to do.

Auto-graphics is very economical and reliable. Unless something drastic happens with price or service I would not consider making a change.

AGent VERSO is an excellent product for a library in our situation. We have a small staff, with only part-time IT support. It meets our patron's needs and is easy to use. The only change I might like to see is more flexibility in running reports. Otherwise, very happy.
