Migration was completed overnight, with minimal disruption to staff or customers. New company is very responsive to our service requests.
Apollo has been wonderful to work with. It is designed for use by the small library and they do everything in their power to work with the individual library and adapt the system to their needs.
I have watched biblionix respond to our needs and have been very pleased that they have listened and tried to meet our needs.
Biblionix has been wonderful to work with and has given our library the freedom to customize Apollo to match our library's needs. Our patrons have been given the opportunity to manage their own accounts.
Apollo has the ability to run reports that are very specified. It is very user friendly and intuitive. Our customers comment on all the things they can do and see online through this system. Two thumbs WAY up and a hearty recommendation.
We are in the process of automating our library. We are almost through entering the collection. So far we are very pleased with the service.
Customer support for this ILS is the best I've ever experienced.
Apollo and the Biblionix team are outstanding in their produce and especially their service. In my more than 20 years in libraries, this is the best product/service I have ever had. I highly recommend them.
We are VERY pleased with Apollo from Biblionix and the customer service we receive!
I have been completely satisfied with my Apollo system and the customer service is excellent.
We received answers to our questions within a few hours and this is great when you are first starting out with the system.
Apollo is open source and it is great, easy to use and affordable.
Apollo is customized specifically for public libraries and provides many reporting abilities that were not available when we used Follett products. Customer service response is excellent, far and above what we had before.
We tried an open source ILS for five months. We were very unsatisfied with its usability. Some of the problem was the ILS and some of the problem was using the ILS in a consortium setting. The ILS did not work well where there were 10 independent libraries instead of 10 branch libraries. Every day there was something that needed to be tweaked so it would work for us and our patrons. Too many problems. Too much stress was being caused by a program that we had to work with daily.
Biblionix support is fantastic!
