As a small town librarian and only employee Biblionix support system is excellent any problems I have had are fixed within 24 hours, I would recommend them to any library

Customer support for Apollo has not gotten better because it has been excellent from the first day, so there was not room for improvement.

We continue to be extremely happy with Biblionix and the services they provide. We have become extremely accustomed to the flexibility offered by their product. IF we had to migrate away from them, we would have to migrate to an open source product to maintain the options and flexibility we enjoy with Apollo.

Biblionix has been an absolute joy to work with. Apollo is an amazing system that has made my job much easier and impressed my staff and patrons. It is obvious that they put the library's needs first.

Our current ILS is continually improving their services. We are very pleased with the level of service they provide.

When we moved into our new buiding and had 7000 titles to add, Apollo added all the MARC records on deadline and with no charge. They respond immediately to any questions or requests. I gave an 8 instead of a 9 on satisfaction because there are times when transaction times are very slow. Apollo is working with us to diagnose and fix the issue.

Apollo is fantastic - for the price we paid, we now have wonderful services that our customers wanted in an easy-to-use interface. Biblionix customer service is outstanding, and the staff time we are saving through more efficient overdue and materials processing has allowed us to pursue other projects that had been on the back burner due to lack of staff time. I would highly recommend that small to medium size libraries investigate Apollo before committing to anything else.

The Biblionix Team is a breath of fresh air in the current business environment. They listen to librarians' needs and then design user-friendly and relevant upgrades with those needs in mind. You can e-mail and/or call anytime and always receive a response within a reasonable period of time. My staff and I truly appreciate all of the assistance that has been provided to us over the past few years.

We switched to Apollo this October from Concourse. We priced several new ILS systems, including the successor to Concourse. Apollo offered the best price for what you get. It is a great company to work with and the ILS itself is second to none.

We couldn't be happier with the responsiveness of the staff behind Apollo (by Biblionix). All questions are answered in a timely fashion, and all requests are considered and often implemented, or explained if they are not implemented. They integrate new technologies and services before any of our neighbor's systems do, and they make us look trendy to our members.

This system has been a lifesaver. We are very satisfied with this ILS product.

When ever I have a question, I feel at ease to call the office or send an e-mail. I always recieve a response in under 2 mins. The team will work to answer and resolve any problems we have. This allows us to have less down time and helps operations run smoothly. They are always open to feedback and ways we could improve the system. We look forward to their 'updates' every several months.

We get great support, just as good if not better than when we were shopping for a new system. They are always working to make Apollo better without redoing the whole system and having you learn everything new all at once. We are very happy with our Apollo system.

We are completely satisfied with the services provided by Biblionix and forsee no reason to ever change. The customer support is superb, the price is very reasonable, the system is very logical and easy to use.

Biblionix and their Apollo program is the best we've used. So easy for the volunteers we need to use, extremely quick responses for technical problems and questions. They listen to any suggestions we have and add the best ideas into the program in a timely manner. I've told our contact person when we first started that "I love this program" and I still do!

Customer service has always been top notch so the wording of the question regarding service getting better or worse is poorly phrased.

Being one of the first Apollo sites to go live, we have been working closely with the Apollo team as new changes have been implemented. The Apollo team responds quickly and the software is very easy to train new volunteers to use. Wouldn't go any other way!
