DRA has announced that it has entered into a contract valued at more than $1.3 million to provide the Cobb County (Georgia) Public Library System with library automation support for a three-year period. The system includes cataloging, circulation and patron access catalog modules, and Z39.50 linkages. A second phase will add acquisitions and serials control modules with EDI online ordering and claiming. The libraries will access a central site located in DRA's St. Louis headquarters, rather than in Cobb County. The software will initially be DRA's Classic product, but a migration to Taos is envisioned.
