Inmagic acquires BiblioTech Pro

Library Systems Newsletter [September 1999]

Inmagic, a vendor of information management software for corporate libraries, has acquired the integrated library system known as BiblioTech PRO from Comstow. The product, which was developed specifically for special libraries, Is available for Windows NT and UNIX platforms. Software prices range from $15,000 for a five-user system up to $100,000. Installation fees and annual maintenance vary according to the size and complexity of the system. Inmagic will market BiblioTech PRO directly and through a network of distributors.
