SIRS Mandarin pursues larger accounts

Library Systems Newsletter [September 1999]

SIRS Mandarin, long known as a product for school libraries, is going after larger accounts, including school district level systems, colleges and universities. The school districts which have recently signed are the McDuffie County Board of Education and the Emanuel County Board of Education, both in Georgia. It has also signed the University of New Mexico at Gallup, Loyalist College (Canada) and Cairo American College (Egypt).

The SIRS Mandarin M3 system is a 32-bit Windows NT client/server system with a MARC record database and a search engine.
