Sun Microsystems servers, already the preferred platforms in library automation, have become the choice of Geac customers. In the past few months, 36 sites, including upgrade and "new name" customers, have selected Sun Microsystems servers to support their ADVANCE and PLUS systems. The majority have chosen the Sun Ultra 120S, a modular platform capable of supporting up to several hundred concurrent users.
