Winnebago has enhanced the user interface, added patron pictures, introduced 24 new reports, and improved the security of its automated library system. Features of the improved security include the disabling of the minimize option in the main patron access catalog window, to prevent users from gaining access to the desktop controls, and adding the requirement that a password be entered to exit the patron access catalog. The software, which is marketed primarily to school libraries, is TCP/IP-compliant so that it can be accessed via the Internet.
