EBSCO Publishing is adding Econ-Lit, Basic BIOSIS, and SPIN to its database offerings. The first two are bibliographic databases in economics and the life sciences respectively. The last is a bibliographic abstract database in physics, astronomy and materials science published by the American Institute of Physics.
EBSCO also has signed an agreement with SilverPlatter to seamlessly link citation records in the latter's bibliographic databases to full-text electronic journals accessible through EBSCO Online. EBSCO's databases now contain more than 3,500 electronic journals.
