Internet service for the visually impaired

Library Systems Newsletter [January 2000]

Braille readers can now read books on the Internet through Web.Braille, a service of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS). Over 2,700 electronic braille books are already available and hundreds more will be added in each of the next several years. Eligible users will be issued an individual user ID and password.
