It is an excellent source if you know the title of the publication and have a specific subject area in mind; or, in the case of a newspaper, the city of publication.
Look for a complete new edition each January and July. The directory describes dates of coverage for each online reference and offers the title, update frequency, and lag times. It lists URLs for publications with Web sites.
A single issue costs $119.50, both issues are $199, or a standing order for both issues is $179—plus shipping. An online edition has pricing individually quoted.
