Logan Library finds seamless connections with TLC. Logan Library is now using Library.Solution as its integrated library system and TLC.Go! for its mobile app from The Library Corporation (TLC). TLC completed the migration services from the SirsiDynix ILS for the high-circulating single-site library earlier this year. The library is looking forward to taking advantage of the seamless connection between the ILS and mobile app. [Full Announcement].

TLC Partners with MessageBee for enhanced messaging integration for Library.Solution customers. The Library Corporation announced a new partnership with MessageBee by Unique Management Services. With MessageBee, Library.Solution customers can now turn correspondence, such as arrived hold or overdue notices, into personalized messages to send to patrons through recorded or voice-to-text phone notifications. This effort continues a TLC tradition of creating partnerships across the industry, including with vendors such as Patron Point, in order to provide library staff and patrons alike with better text and email notices, customization options, SMTP services, and more. TLC commits to Eastwick College's success with Library.Solution. Eastwick College has successfully completed its first academic school year using Library.Solution from The Library Corporation as its new integrated library system. TLC's user-friendly interface, staff solutions, and outstanding customer support, coupled with an enthusiastic peer recommendation, swayed the library to choose TLC over other vendors after CyberTools ceased operation last year. Library.Solution v5.7 Revolutionizes Report Writing for Non-Experts. The latest release of Library.Solution is now available from The Library Corporation. Version 5.7 introduces a new report authoring framework to streamline complex reports and a comprehensive suite of serial management tools. Early adopters noted the upgrade was straightforward. Waco-McLennan County Library feels confident joining TLC family. Waco-McLennan County Library has implemented Library.Solution from The Library Corporation as their newest integrated library system. With proactive security practices and an entirely web-based platform, Library.Solution provides the library with a fully integrated and flexible solution under one umbrella, backed by industry-leading support. Jackson-George Regional Library System Returns to TLC. TLC welcomed Jackson-George Regional Library System back to Library.Solution. JGRLS had been a customer of TLC since 1990 and used Library.Solution for 15 years prior to their migration. After a short interim with SirsiDynix, the library was eager to return to TLC's integrated library system this past August. JGRLS appreciated TLC's swift returning migration services. Rochester City School District selects Library.Solution for Schools. Rochester City School District has selected The Library Corporation for its new library software. As an alternative to Follett Destiny, TLC will provide Library.Solution for Schools to the district. RCSD was able to leverage its membership in the New York State DREAM Consortium to choose TLC as the preferred vendor. The library management system will be live in the school libraries at the end of August 2022. [Full Announcement].

Ponca City Library (OK) now using Library.Solution. Ponca City Library is now using Library.Solution as its integrated library system from The Library Corporation. TLC completed the migration services from the Book Systems ILS for the single-site library. Before its year with Book Systems, the library had used Polaris software for many years. This Oklahoma library is also the first new TLC customer to launch TLC.Go! simultaneously, following its release late last year. [Full Announcement].

TLC statement on student privacy in Library.Solution for Schools. TLC strongly considers student data privacy while developing the features requested by our customers. TLC has no plans to pursue development that would negatively impact student privacy but recognizes that we may be requested to do so by customers seeking to comply with local laws. In such cases, our intent would be to provide as much control as necessary to each customer to achieve the balance required in their district between privacy and compliance with applicable laws. Bryan College Station Library migrates to TLC for efficiency and security. The Library Corporation announced the recent implementation of Library.Solution for Bryan + College Station Public Library System. TLC completed the migration services for the three-site library system from their Polaris integrated library system earlier this month. [Full Announcement].

TLC welcomes the Return of J Robert Jamerson Memorial Library to Library.Solution. The Library Corporation welcomes the return of another former customer to Library.Solution. J. Robert Jamerson Memorial Library migrated away from the open-source Koha platform supported by Bywater Solutions and returned to TLC — their previous library management vendor of 22 years prior to 2014. New Haven Public Schools Delighted to Return to TLC Family. The Library Corporation announced the recent implementation of Library.Solution for Schools for another returning customer: New Haven Public Schools in Connecticut. After a thoughtful deliberation process, NHPS chose a return to TLC, their previous library management vendor of 11 years prior to 2015. Belhaven University Includes Library.Solution on its Back-to-School List. The Library Corporation welcomed Belhaven University to its family of customers as the university library in Jackson, Mississippi, recently completed its implementation of Library.Solution. The migration to the new library management system will allow the Belhaven University library staff more operational efficiencies and improved workflows, just in time for the start of the Fall semester. Grand Island Public Library excited to implement Library.Solution. The Library Corporation announced the recent implementation of Library.Solution for Grand Island Public Library in Grand Island, Nebraska. The library has been looking forward to the completely web-based and hosted library system that Library•Solution provides, as well as the eIntegration and dedicated Kids PAC solutions for their borrowers. Leander Public Library and TLC's Library.Solution: Reunited and it feels so good. The Library Corporation continues its busy 2021 schedule with the reimplementation of Library.Solution for Leander Public Library in Leander, Texas. Currently a customer of TLC's AMH and RFID company Tech Logic, LPL will be rejoining the full TLC family again. This will be Leander's first use of Library.Solution since 2011. [Full Announcement].

Medaille College Returns to the TLC Family. Students are not the only ones returning home this summer, as Medaille College returns to The Library Corporation for the first time since 2008. The Library Corporation Implements First Library•Solution Version 5.x in the Philippines. Earlier this month, Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) upgraded their Library.Solution library management software to version 5.6.3, part of the next-generation 5.x series.
