Over the last year we have had a variety of reasons to call the Customer Support personnel at Verso. They are always extremely prompt in reply, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All issues have always been resolved rapidly, with personalized feedback from tech support. Even though we are a small library, we are treated as though we are their most valued customer. They also regularly update the software in response to customer requests.

For it's size and cost the product is okay. Support is sometimes spotty.

Auto-Graphics is a great company to work with. We've had slowness problems in the past, but they have been addressing the issue within the last month or so.

Though generally pleased with Iluminar, it is very slow to load - I know that Auto-Graphics has been working on this and putting in new servers, and this has improved the loading time, but it's still slow enough to bother students. Maybe we need new computers, though, as ours are 5 years old.

We switched to Verso from InfoCentre in October. We love the Illuminar interface of the Card Catalog, particularly the show cases. We are still getting use to the differences with circulation, but overall like Verso better. Customer service has been very receptive to making changes that we have requested. Much happier with Verso than InfoCentre.

Migration and training through Verso was excellent. Support staff are personable and very knowledgeable. They have been very responsive to our suggestions especially in relation to Illuminar our public interface.

Great system...

Tech service has always been easy to work with and prompt with fixes.

Reporting is one area that we feel our automation system could improve.

Company worked with us during migration to meet a very aggressive implementation schedule. We were very pleased with their assistance throughout the entire process.

Auto-Graphics is a reputable company with excellent customer support. The one hiccup in it's upcoming product, Agent Illuminar, is the flash component. Flash will not work with Apple ipads or other Apple products (at least not easily). Flash also slows the connectivity a tiny bit. Happily, they still have their Verso product, which is very good.

what I have works great why change

I am very happy with Verso and esp. the help desk. Great communication with the company also.

Agent Verso is an excellent product for small libraries at a reasonable cost. Auto-graphics listens to its customers' requests for improvement or modifications, and the tech support is good.

Agent Verso is very suited to our small library, since we do not have a full-time IT person. Pretty user-friendly for non-geeks. Would like to see a little more flexibility in running reports, but overall we're very satisfied with the product and support.
