Comments

We are satisfied with the product, however the vendor was bought by another company so we no longer have support from the company. When we next upgrade we will have to find an entirely new vendor and product. (Type: School)

I am a new staff and we have lost past staff in death this year. I contacted customer support, with Follett, with questions and was basically told to use the tutorials. So I am learning by trial and error which can be a bit frustrating. I would like to see trainings or at least some books to assist new users. (Type: Public)

Our system is out of date and does not work very well for us. We are looking into a new system in the near future (Type: Public)

We would consider an open source or alternative model of ILS if there were effective guides for set up and configuration guides for all library employees, even the less tech-savvy operators. When we contacted a vendor who configures open source ILS for libraries, their prices were about 3-4 times as high as the proprietary systems. (Type: Public)
