Comments

Our experience with Insignia is that it is not user friendly, especially for school libraries. The software is cumbersome & redundant. There are too many options, most of which school libraries do not need. On the features we really want, the program is weak. We were told when purchasing the program that Insignia would customize the program to meet our needs. That has not been the case. When we ask them to add or remove a feature, they say they can't because of their other users. If it were not for budget restraints we would choose another ILS. (Type: School)

Insignia is good and offers many options in one package but has issues working out bugs the last few years (Type: Public)
