Emeryville, CA. The Institute of Social Sciences Information (ISSI) in Vietnam has selected the Millennium ILS. ISSI is a government research organization tasked with providing scientific information on issues and trends in social sciences in Vietnam and worldwide. Under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, ISSI also conducts, coordinates, and assists professional activities in the field of Library and Information Science.
