Flexibility

From large libraries to small branches, we provide tailored to your needs turnkey automated material handling solutions that seamlessly integrate RFID and/or barcode-based functionality into existing library systems.

The modular design of our sorting system ensures a fit-for-purpose solution that can easily be expanded or reconfigured. Modular configuration options mean that any number of chutes can be included in the equipment set-up, while software can be programmed to automatically handle the full range of library items, journals and manuscripts, etc., and discharge into a wide variety of carts, bins and containers.

Flexibility in our design means that our systems fit as neatly into an old building as a new building, and can work across multiple floors if required. We can also color coordinate equipment to match interior designs.

Efficiency

Returned library materials are presented to the sorter via a check-in station e.g. LibraryMate 1100, 2000 or LibraryMate 5000. All check-in solutions can utilize either RFID or Bar-Code or both.

We can provide an electronically adjustable counter height that delivers a comfortable and ergonomic position for all users – children, adults or users with disabilities.

When mounted on an external wall, our automated check-in solution allows patrons to securely return items anytime of the day or night, even when the library is closed.
