Press Release: EnvisionWare [January 22, 2017]

EnvisionWare announces new line-up of Library Document Station packages and pricing solutions starting at just $2,500

Atlanta, GA, January 25, 2017 – EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library efficiency solutions, announced today the release of a new line-up of Library Document Station packages designed to meet the varied needs of library customers.

The Library Document Station is the first all-in-one scanning/faxing/copy solution designed for public libraries. The Library Document Station also integrates with EnvisionWare's full line of computer, print, and financial solutions to serve as an easy-to-use self-service station.

Starting at just $2,500, the new entry level Library Document Station (LDS) package comes with an 8.5x11 scanner and the LDS software for installation on a library-owned computer. This solution comes standard with the cloud service to facilitate scanning to tablet and phone, internet faxing, auto configuration and updating, and analytics.

Although the system has been greatly enhanced, prices for the standard base package have also been lowered to make the system more affordable and easier to adopt in multiple branches. Enhancements include a new 21.5" widescreen display with a crisper interface, as well as faster system performance.

EnvisionWare is also introducing a new Fujitsu sheetfeed scanner with integrated duplexing. This powerful color scanner is a more cost effective and efficient alternative to an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), giving your patrons the best of all worlds, one scanner for duplexing and another for book edge and flat article scanning.

"We're constantly striving to make our solutions as powerful and cost effective as possible for our customers," said co-Founder and CEO Mike Monk. "These new pricing and packaging options will enable more libraries to leverage this complete digitizing and document solution."
