TLC is excited to welcome Jackson-George Regional Library System (JGRLS) back to Library.Solution. JGRLS had been a customer of TLC since 1990 and used Library.Solution for 15 years prior to their migration. After a short interim with SirsiDynix, the library was eager to return to TLC's integrated library system this past August. JGRLS appreciated TLC's swift returning migration services.

Throughout the implementation, the team expressed great adoration for returning to TLC. "We love TLC," stated Angie Stewart, Director for Jackson-George Regional Library System. Recounting a recent meeting with her managers, Stewart shared, "Many of them have not used TLC. I told them their life is about to get so much easier."

Along with ease of use, the library team looks forward to the data-driven analytic capabilities. Stewart remarked, "We remember all the reports we used to run in Library.Solution. I cannot wait until I can run a report again."

Headquartered in Pascagoula, Mississippi, the library serves two counties of about 21,800 residents. Its collection includes approximately 180,000 titles and 295,000 items.

During Hurricane Katrina, the library system suffered significant damage. It became apparent that having a hosted solution was an important consideration for the library. TLC will host JGRLS's integrated library system using the award-winning TLC.Cloud Services.
