Kenneth J. Hull named Chairman and CEO of Follett Corporation

Effective April 1, 1999, Kenneth J. Hull will replace Richard M. Traut who has been Chairman for the last five years. Dick Traut officially retired on March 31, 1999 after more than 40 years with Follett Corporation. Ken Hull, who has been President of Follett Corporation for the last two years will take on the role of Chairman and CEO.

Ken has been with Follett Corporation for more than 30 years, serving in a number of different roles, including Vice President of Finance, President and now Chairman. Ken stated that he is extremely optimistic about the future.

"We have many challenging opportunities ahead of us to continue the success of the company well into the future." He explained that we are well positioned in our markets to continue our dominance because of the talented staff throughout the company and our access to financial resources.

"We are ready to move into the 21st century."
