Glasgow, UK -- November 7, 2025. The Arkansas River Valley Regional Library System (ARVRLS) has officially launched the SOLUS Library App, providing patrons across its four-county region with a modern, convenient way to access library resources, manage accounts, and explore events from any mobile device.
The launch is notable as the first transition from BLUEcloud Mobile 2 to the SOLUS platform, underscoring ARVRLS's commitment to cutting-edge digital service.
"We are thrilled to bring the SOLUS Library App to our communities," said Misty Hawkins, Regional Director of ARVRLS. "This transition gives our patrons a reliable, intuitive, and mobile-friendly way to connect with our resources. We chose SOLUS because their platform is designed to meet the diverse needs of all our residents, ensuring our libraries remain connected for years to come."
John Richardson, Director of SOLUS North America, added, "We are delighted to provide our secure and functionally rich Library app to the staff and patrons within the ARVRLS counties. And best of all? Patrons did not have to download our new version, as the upgrade from BCM2 was seamless."
To celebrate the launch, ARVRLS and SOLUS are hosting a special promotion: One lucky patron who downloads and uses the new app within the next 45 days will win a free iPad.
