Seven libraries launch MessageBee from Unique in Q4 '25

Institutions from Alaska to Maryland have launched new MessageBee services this quarter, expanding their patron communication capabilities and strengthening engagement across multiple channels.

  • Homer Public Library in Homer, Alaska launched MessageBee SMS, marking the first Unique service implemented by the library. This new communication channel provides staff with a reliable, automated way to deliver timely notices.
  • Meherrin Regional Library in Lawrenceville, Virginia launched MessageBee SMS. This represents the library's first partnership with Unique, bringing direct, text-based notifications to patrons across the region.
  • Mesa Public Library in Mesa, Arizona launched MessageBee SMS, renewing its partnership with Unique and supporting continued delivery of clear, consistent patron notifications.
  • Musser Public Library in Muscatine, Iowa launched MessageBee SMS. SMS notifications strengthen its ability to deliver timely and actionable messages.
  • Palestine Public Library in Palestine, Texas launched MessageBee Voice as its first partnership with Unique. Automated voice notifications will help streamline staff workflows while ensuring patrons continue to receive important messages in a familiar format.
  • Washington County Free Library in Hagerstown, Maryland launched MessageBee SMS. This launch completes the full implementation of MessageBee SMS across the Western Maryland Regional Library, following earlier launches at Ruth Enlow Library and Allegany County Library in August.
