Nashville, TN -- February 2, 2026. Ingram Library Services ("ILS"), a division of Ingram Content Group ("Ingram"), today announces significant hiring across its Library organization, including new and expanded roles in operations, sales, and account on-boarding and the appointment of a Director of Sales. These additions bring ILS's team to 35 librarians and 50 library services personnel at a pivotal moment for the industry. As recent market shifts have left many libraries seeking new solutions for collection development, distribution, and workflow continuity, Ingram stands ready to open new accounts and get books into the hands of patrons at libraries large and small across the country.
ILS recently appointed Zuanarda "Z" Causey as its new Director of Sales. Causey will lead ILS's national library sales strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and broaden Ingram's impact across public libraries throughout the United States.
"We're happy to have Z on the Ingram team," said Carolyn Morris, Vice President of Library Services at Ingram Content Group. "His deep understanding of libraries and proven leadership in solutions-focused sales make him a perfect fit for our mission to support libraries in building vibrant collections that engage their communities."
Causey brings over two decades of experience in the library industry, most recently as Sales Director at SirsiDynix. Known for championing customer-first strategies, Causey's goal is to promote Ingram's catalog of millions of titles, empowering libraries of all sizes to deliver the content their patrons need.
"I'm honored to join Ingram Library Services," said Causey. "Libraries are essential to lifelong learning and community connection, and I'm eager to help Ingram deliver best-in-class service and innovative solutions to fuel library success nationwide."
ILS has seen a surge in outreach from libraries of all sizes in recent months, while expanding relationships with existing customers.
To meet this demand, ILS has added new positions, including distribution center associates in Roseburg, OR, Ft. Wayne, IN, Chambersburg, PA and La Vergne, TN, sales associates, and library integrations specialists.
As part of this growth, ILS is proud to welcome Business Development Managers Michael Erving and Margaret Hansen, Inside Sales Specialist Harley Beckmann, Systems Integration Specialists Teresa Eldred and Austin Wolfe, and Technical Service Specialists Amy Guerrero and Amanda Bimson who will play key roles in supporting libraries and expanding customer relationships.
"We know how critical reliable service is for libraries, especially during times of transition," said Morris. "By expanding roles in our operations locations, we're ensuring that libraries can depend on us for timely delivery, efficient logistics, and the personalized support they deserve. Our commitment has always been—and will continue to be—to stand beside libraries as they serve their communities."
Publishers, too, are recalibrating to keep their titles visible and accessible to libraries as distribution channels shift. Ingram has increased inventory levels specifically in support of the library segment, ensuring robust title availability with over 19 million titles ready to ship.
