Englewood, CO, and Oslo, Norway -- May 15, 2026. Rocky Vista University (RVU) has gone live on TIND Institutional Repository (TIND IR), the university's first-ever institutional repository. The platform brings the in-house journal, research posters, scholarly output, and university policy management onto a single cloud-hosted environment.

The Colorado health sciences university launches its first repository, consolidating scholarly output, journal publishing, and university policy management on a single platform

With campuses in Colorado, Utah, and Montana, RVU needed a single environment flexible enough to serve multiple workflows on one platform. TIND IR's configurable submission forms, review workflows, embedded author profiles, and DOI minting via DataCite allowed the library to retire a standalone policy management tool while supporting peer-reviewed publishing and student and faculty research on the same platform.

The repository launched with a small set of legacy documents and is growing organically as faculty, students, and departments across the three campuses contribute new collections.

RVU joins a growing number of academic institutions that have gone live on TIND IR in the past few months, including Elon University, Florida International University, Cedarville University, and Elizabeth City State University.
