News Announcements

September 26, 2023. The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center subscribes to Atlas Concierge Services for ILLiad. Atlas Systems announced that the University of Texas Southwestern Health Sciences Library is the latest Access Services Concierge Subscriber. Located in Dallas, Texas, UTSW HSL joins more than 60 institutions that currently subscribe for Concierge consultative support of their ILLiad resource management software. As a new subscriber, UTSW HSL will receive customized care to keep their their staff trained, software current and operating at peak efficiency.


July 19, 2023. Atlas announces hosting and support of ArchivesSpace for Lingnan University. Atlas Systems congratulated Lingnan University for successfully moving their ArchivesSpace installation to production hosted by Atlas. Located in New Territories, Hong Kong, Lingnan University joins more than 60 institutions currently hosted and supported by Atlas Systems.


May 16, 2023. Atlas announces hosting and support of ArchivesSpace for the Hagley Museum. Atlas Systems announced the Hagley Museum & Library has successfully implemented ArchivesSpace to manage their archival collections. Located in Wilimington, Delaware, the Hagley Museum and Library joins more than 70 institutions that Atlas provides ArchivesSpace hosting and support.


April 14, 2023. ProConsort contracts with ATLAS Systems to provide licensed services to libraries nationwide. ProConsort announced that ATLAS Systems licensed services are now available to purchase nationwide, using the new ProConsort Portal. ATLAS Systems licensed services that are currently available include Aeon, ArchivesSpace, and Ares.


January 23, 2023. Princeton University subscribes to Aeon Concierge Services for Aeon. Atlas Systems announced that Princeton University is the latest Concierge for Aeon subscriber. Located in Princeton, New Jersey, Princeton joins more than 20 institutions that currently subscribe for Concierge consultative support of their Aeon request and workflow management for special collections software. As a new subscriber, Princeton will receive customized care to keep their their staff trained, software current, web pages current and operating at peak efficiency.


January 11, 2023. Duke University subscribes to Atlas Concierge for Access Services. Duke University is the latest subscriber to Concierge for Access Services to support their ILLiad implementation. Duke joins nearly 50 institutions as an Access Services Concierge Subscriber. Located in Durham, North Carolina, Duke University will receive consultative and customized support to keep their staff trained and their ILLiad software current and operating at peak efficiency.


January 11, 2023. Stanford University is live with Aeon. Stanford University is now live using Aeon to manage researcher requests and staff workflows for their archives and special collections. Located in Stanford, California, Stanford University joins more than 100 institutions currently using Aeon.


November 15, 2022. The University of Arizona, Center for Creative Photography is live with Aeon. The Center for Creative Photography, University of Arizona is now live using Aeon to manage researcher requests and staff workflows of their more than 200 archival collections at the Laura Volkerding Study Center.


October 20, 2022. The University of Tennessee-Knoxville is live with Aeon. The Betsey B. Creekmore Special Collections and University Archives at the University of Tennessee is live using Aeon. Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the University joins more than 100 institutions currently using Aeon. Aeon will enhance the researcher registration process and streamline staff workflows for requests to access of their Manuscript, University Archive, Rare Book, and Modern Political Archive collections.


September 14, 2022. Boston Public Library is now live with Aeon. The Boston Public Library is now live using Aeon to manage reader requests and staff workflows for their Archives, Arts, and Rare Books & Manuscripts collections. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, the Boston Public Library is the third public library and join more than 100 institutions currently using Aeon in production.
